Nonprofit summer enrichment camp coming to Clarinda

A nonprofit summer enrichment camp called  Camp Invention is coming to Clarinda Elementary School the week of July 7-July 11, according to a press release. The camp is for grades K-6 and challenged them to natural curiosity and use their creativity to solve problems. For more information, visit invent.org/camp.

    Downtown Maryville honored three community volunteers during its annual stockholder meeting earlier this month. Doug Seipel received the Shooting Star Award for being a new volunteer for Fall into Fun. Benjamin Blackford was the  Downtown Maryville Ambassador and Stephanie Campbell-Yount received the Downtown Champion Award.
