The Greater Maryville Chamber of Commerce warns the public of a phone scam contacting local businesses pretending to be Evergy. The call will appear to come from an Evergy number but will give a different call back number. They will say served will be disconnected for nonpayment and to go to Walmart for payment.     The Maryville City Council approved a bid to replace two bridges at Judah Park, according to The Maryville Forum. The $223,370 agreement with C&C Bridge and Concrete to will replace two bridgesbuilt in the 1970s. Work is expected to start this spring and take two to three weeks.
